Welcome to MamaSmiles. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain the rules for using our website and buying our products online. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2) Using our website

  • Our site is for personal, non-commercial use. Don’t copy, scrape, or misuse content, code, images, logos, or product copy. 
  • We may update, suspend, or withdraw the site without notice. 
  • External links are provided for convenience; we aren’t responsible for their content. 

3) Health & product information 

  • Our products are cosmetic/oral-care products. Information on this site is educational and not medical advice. 
  • Always follow on-pack directions and consult a healthcare professional if you or your child have allergies, medical conditions, or if symptoms persist. 
  • Product descriptions, imagery, and availability are provided in good faith; minor variances may occur. 

4) Orders, pricing & payment

  • Your order is an offer to buy; we’ll confirm by email when accepted. 
  • Prices include VAT where applicable and may be updated at any time. 
  • We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken on dispatch unless stated otherwise. 

5) Delivery

  • We deliver to the UK (and other locations if shown at checkout). Estimated timeframes are shown at checkout and may vary due to carrier factors outside our control. 
  • Risk passes on delivery to your address or collection point. 

6) Your right to cancel (distance-selling)

  • If you buy online, you generally have 14 days from delivery to cancel for a refund, then 14 days to return the item(s). 
  • Hygiene exception: The 14-day right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed (e.g., opened oral-care gels). Keep outer seals intact if you may return. 

How to cancel: Email info@mama-smiles.com with your order number and items you’re returning. We’ll confirm next steps. 

Refunds: We refund the product price and the standard delivery cost (if applicable) on timely, eligible returns. We may deduct for handling damage or excessive use. 

7) Faulty, damaged, or mis-described items

You have statutory rights under UK law if an item is faulty or not as described. Contact us within a reasonable time; we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as required. 

8) Returns logistics

  • For eligible returns, we’ll confirm the return address/label (see above).
  • You’re responsible for the item until it reaches us; consider tracked postage.
  • For bundles or free gifts, please return all included items to receive a full refund.

9) Subscriptions & promotions (if offered)

  • Subscription pricing/intervals are shown at checkout and may change with notice. 
  • Promotions are subject to separate terms, dates, and availability; one offer per order unless stated. 

10) Reviews & user content

  • By submitting reviews or content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use, edit, and publish that content for marketing and site operations. 
  • Content must be lawful, respectful, and truthful. We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms. 

11) Intellectual property

  • All site content (text, images, graphics, logos, videos, code) is owned by MamaSmiles or our licensors and protected by IP laws. 
  • You may view and print for personal use only—no copying or commercial reuse without written consent.

12) Limitation of liability 

  • We don’t exclude liability where unlawful to do so (e.g., death/personal injury due to negligence, fraud). 
  • Subject to that, we’re not liable for loss of profit, business interruption, or indirect/consequential loss. 
  • We use reasonable care to ensure the site is accurate and secure but can’t guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access. 

13) Privacy & cookies

Your personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain what we collect, why, and your rights. 

14) Age & eligibility

You must be 18+ to place orders. Parents/guardians may purchase for minors. 

15) Governing law

These Terms and any disputes are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless local mandatory law applies.

16) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms (for example, to reflect legal or operational changes). Updates apply from the date posted here. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
